Larkspur Landing is a completely new hotel concept specifically developed and designed to satisfy the needs of upscale business and leisure travelers seeking all the warm comforts of home while traveling. Larkspur Landing is a "Boutique Style" extended stay hotel with all custom crafted fixtures and furnishings inspired by the arts and crafts style.
All Larkspur Landing guestrooms are more similar to luxurious fully furnished one bedroom and studio apartments than traditional hotel rooms and average over 500 square feet in size. All hotel rooms provide fully equipped kitchens with appliances, flatware, cookware, etc, and numerous other amenities including CD players, VCPs, video game players, 2 line speaker and cordless phones with voicemail, oversized work desks with high speed dedicated ethernet data connectivity and a complimentary USA Today delivered each morning.
Guest amenities include the Larkspur living room with complimentary tea and Starbucks coffee. Each Larkspur Landing Hotel also features a business center including complimentary use of computers, internet access, printer, copier, fax, stationary, etc., executive board room, meeting room (accommodating up to 10), fitness center, outdoor spa and the Landing vending room with food and beverage items and complimentary use of washers and dryers.
